My Favorite Fall Foliage Photos

October 1, 2013

Fall has arrived and with it comes beautiful yellows, reds, oranges and purples on the once green trees. Everyone rushes to see the beauty of nature at this time of year, from the northwest to the northeast coasts of the U.S. We love our fall colors! During one of my favorite times of the year, I love to drive on the open road and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage. Here are just a handful of my favorite fall photos from past years in Ohio.

Fall Foliage Changing of the Leaves

I don’t know about you but I could sit under this tree and read, write and ponder all day, no matter the chill in the air. With Autumn comes beautiful fall foliage that starts the festive season of what’s to come. I love it!

What about you? What’s your favorite part of the Fall season?

Such pretty pictures! I love fall because I finally get in a bit of a routine after the summer. I also really enjoy hot chocolate and curling up with books (or my iPad) on the chilly, rainy, windy Seattle days.

Love the photos. Fall is my favorite time of year for too many reasons to list, but these beautiful colors and the crisp temps are definitely near the top reasons. I’ve been to Ohio a few times in October and November and love the season there. Living in Memphis, we’re still dealing with temps in the high 80s and our trees haven’t started changing yet.
